Joes fan club signed with IFCO (International Fan Club Organization)  back in early nineties at which time he started  spending  time at fan fair behind the IFCO booth with other new stars and up an coming stars and wanna bes that we no longer hear about. An artist can meet and make many new fans at Fan Fair, Nashville Tennessee. To the left is a photo of Joes performance at the Famous  Ryman Auditorium

Joe showcased many years at the IFCO Noon Luncheon in front of hundreds attending the luncheon in Nashville, He made TV News headlines while doing his act along with invitations from folks like Hobbs, to sing at the Nashville Palace and  all this  time his fans were always spreading the word Joe Tinoco.  

Joe has held a a Gold Star Club as has Tamra with IFCO
